0 #77 CarmenMa 2010-03-07 23:56 Hi, I noticed you have some maps of Vancouver, Canada. I was wondering if you can include maps for the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area?

Thanks.

Not working on HTC hero.

Hi this sounds like a great project. the only problem is it's not working on my HTC hero. I get an error message "the application AndNav2 (process org.andnav2) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again.

and this is all that happens.

I have removed it and re instelled it but still no luck.

my firmware ver is 1.5
kernel 2.6.27-8dd6deee
software version 1.0.0.A6288

Regards,
Jan

0 #73 Phil Reynolds 2010-01-06 12:49 Does AndNav2 have any "live traffic" feature, for recalculating a route based on traffic reports? If not, is it planned to add such a feature in the near future? Quote

0 #72 Susi Salinas 2009-12-23 22:50 I tried to put myself on the Community Map and got an error code 1003. I am in Texas. I have the new Behold II from T-Mobile. When can I download AndNav2? Quote

Why does it need network connection for calculating route when maps are stored on device? Possible to do this offline?

Because the "maps" stored on the device are just images, not navigation data. You would need to download the OSM navigation XML data and calculate the route from that.

+2 #68 Michael Feitt 2009-10-08 02:37 This is an excellent GPS application and my hats off to you. I live in Canada and recently downloaded your application. I have no problem viewing maps but I am unable to search addresses as their is no Canadian selection in your search menu. Can you let me know when you expect to incorporate Canada into your available country options?

Thank you,
Michael
